"TO BE CONTINUED....."

At the end of Season One we left our boys Dewey and Jeff in kind of a fix. They uncovered a lot of potential explanations for the strange happenings out in Section D-14. They encountered some helpful (and some kinda odd and scary) individuals. Unfortunately, their goal seems as elusive as ever. But our boys are not the type to quit - no matter how beat up and bruised they might get. With Season Two they decide to go on the offensive. This time, it's personal. 

Coming sometime in 2010 we aim to bring you the continued adventures of "Forests of Mystery", but we need your help to do it! Even guerilla filmmaking takes time and costs money. Even though it's a labor of love and passion, you still gotta rent equipment. You gotta pay for gas. You gotta feed your cast and crew.

$5 – A handwritten thank-you note. Who says common courtesy has drained out of modern society? We appreciate your support and we’re not about to communicate our thanks via some generic computer-generated puffery. If there’s any puffing to be done, we’ll do it ourselves, thank you very much.

 $25 – A DVD of Forests of Mystery, Season 1. More than you’d pay for a DVD at the local WalMart, but then we’re not pressing these puppies by the millions. You’ll get a hand-crafted DVD on top-quality Verbatim media, in a case, with a thank-you note. Not even George Lucas would do that for you.

 $100 – For this kind of money we are willing to smuggle you out an official Cascade Forest Research Center (CFRC) t-shirt. Tell us your size and color (grey, green, blue or tan) and we’ll scrounge around the CFRC storeroom and snag one for you. These are extremely limited quantities so we recommend you get your donation in as soon as possible before Dr. Kelly figures out where all his t-shirts ran off to.

 $500 or more – This is the biggie; the top of the heap. If you’re willing to come in at this level, we’re willing to do almost anything to show our appreciation. Season 1 DVD? Yours. Limited edition CFRC t-shirt? Yours. We have also taken the time to painstakingly transcribe Dr. Kelly’s field notebook – even to the point of collecting the same photos and plant samples. We will send you one of our copies for your own perusal. It contains a lot of information, some of it a little conflicting, but we are sure that buried in there might very well be an explanation for a lot of what we have so far encountered out in Forest Section D-14. If you can make any sense of it all, we’d love to hear back. If not, the materials are yours to keep – perhaps they may come in handy somewhere down the road.
